WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION?
Well the first session gives me a chance to find out your goals and targets and to work out
your current level of fitness and training ability.
From then onwards I will write up your unique training programme which will evolve depending on how you are progressing.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Each session is individual to each person. I have a few clients that, due to time
constraints, can only do 30-45 mins. Most sessions last 1 hour but I can do longer or shorter if need be.

HOW LONG SHOULD I TURN UP BEFORE MY SESSION IS DUE TO START?
If training at the seafront or park make sure you give your self enough time to park and,
if required, pay-and-display.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE SESSION?
Comfortable clothing that you would not mind, possibly, getting wet and a little dirty! A
decent pair of trainers that support your feet. If training outside make sure you bring
enough clothing to keep warm and put on after the session.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION(S)?
I accept cash or cheque payments only. For block booked sessions, payment must be paid in advance of each first session.

CAN & HOW DO I CANCEL MY SESSION(S)?
Sessions can be cancelled or moved if need be. If you can move the session to another time during the week then there will be NO cancellation fee. Full session price is charged If you cancel on the same day as your session/massage. Half the session price is charged if cancelled the day before your session/massage.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE TREATMENT?
In your first session please give yourself an extra 10 mins so I can go through an initial
consultation with you. Any sessions after that we will just go straight into the massage.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN I GET IN TOUCH?
When you get in touch with me I will need to know if you have any medical conditions,
injuries or ‘contra-indications’, symptoms & conditions that may affect the benefits of
having a massage treatment. Also, if you have any allergies (for the massage oil)

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO MY TREATMENT?
Please bring loose fitting, comfortable clothing. If you are having a leg massage then you
will probably have to undress down to your underwear. (boxers, briefs, stretch-shorts would be fine) For upper body massage you can keep your bottoms on. Ladies can keep bras on if they prefer but the straps will need to be lowered to arms. You will be provided with pillows for support and constantly covered by a large towel throughout the treatment to keep the muscles warm and protect modesty. Only the area that is being worked on is uncovered at any time.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY TREATMENT?
Items needed for every treatment will be: Cash or cheque, a diary for booking any further treatments, a hairband to tie back any long hair.
