First we need an understanding of why we are become overweight. This allows you to take control and make adjustments. An understanding of different food groups and how your body processes food enables you to make the right choices about what you are eating.

Nutritional advice can identify possible barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. Together we will find the best way to achieve healthy eating, weight loss or gain and improve sporting performance.

If you decide you want to sort out your nutrition then you will receive an in depth nutrition pack at your first Personal Training session, which includes information on healthy eating, meal ideas, food diaries and much more.  I will also sit down with you and explain the best food and drink for you and your exercise regime. Every 4 weeks you will be given a new food diary to fill out so we can keep an eye on what is going in to your body. Working together we can improve your health as well as your fitness.
